Kamrup Amingaon Judiciary Recruitment 2023:Applications are invited from the eligible candidates, who are citizens of India as defined in Article 5 and 6 of the Constitution of India, in Standard Form as published in Part-IX of the Assam Gazette, for filling up the post of 1 (one) no. of Peon in the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Kamrup, Amingaon in the pay scale of Rs. 12,000 to 52,000 with G.P. Rs. 3900/- (PB-1).

Other Terms and Conditions

i. Candidates must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of age as on 01.01.2023. In appropriate cases, relaxation of age will be admissible as per the existing rules of government of Assam.

ii. Eligible Candidates for interview have to produce their Original testimonials regarding educational qualifications, date of birth, caste, employment exchange registration card, working experience (if any) at the time of interview.

iii. The admission of candidates at all stages of the selection process will be purely provisional and subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions. The application will be subject to scrutiny at every stage and shall be rejected if any defect is detected.

iv. Application form which is incomplete in any respect, such as, without photograph and signature, is liable to be rejected summarily. Application received/submitted after 5:00 P.M. of 20.02.2023 (in any mode) shall not be accepted.

v. The list of eligible candidates for interview with allotted Roll Numbers will be published in the official website of Kamrup, Amingaon District Judiciary between 22.02.2023 to 24.02.2023 i.e. https://kamrupamingaonjudiciary.assam.gov.in. No calling letters will be issued for the interview. The selected candidates as per the list will have to attend the interview.

vi. Information submitted by an applicant in his/her application will bind the candidate and if found to be false, his/her candidature will be cancelled forthwith and he/she shall be liable for criminal prosecution.

vii. The candidates will be responsible for any mistake made by him/her in the application form and this office shall not be responsible or liable in any way.

viii. If any candidate is found canvassing directly or indirectly, his/her candidature will be rejected.

ix. The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Kamrup, Amingaon reserves the right to cancel, alter or modify the advertisement or other terms and conditions of the advertisement without any prior notice.

x. The selection will be made purely on temporary.

xi. All other matters which are not specifically provided in this advertisement shall be decided by the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Kamrup, Amingaon.

How to apply

a. Candidates must submit self signed copies of relevant testimonial/certificate and 2(two) recent passport sized photographs along with the application. Mentioning of Phone no. on the application is mandatory.

b. Eligible Candidates for interview have to report the venue i.e. Premise of District & Sessions Judge Court, Kamrup, Amingaon on 25/02/2023 between 09:00 AM- 11:00 AM on the day of Interview and those failing to report within the stipulated time shall not be eligible to appear for the Interview.

c. Candidates have to carry along all the relevant documents in original.

d. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the Interview.

e. Candidates who are already in Government Service (Central/State or PSU) may apply through proper channel. They shall have to produce “No Objection Certificate” from the present employer at the time of document verification and they will have to submit release order at the time of joining.
