Education Qualification
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field from a university recognized by the Government of India or an equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
Experience Requirements
Applicants must have at least two years of full-time experience as a permanent employee in banks and financial services, including but not limited to microfinance institutions, non-banking financial companies, cooperative banks, regional rural banks, and fintech companies, as well as the insurance sector. Any experience of less than six months in any organization will not be taken into account.
Computer Proficiency Requirements
Candidates must have operating and working knowledge of computers, i.e., they should hold a certificate, diploma, or degree in computer operations or language or should have studied computer/information technology as one of the subjects in high school, college, or institute.
Application Fees
The application fee for all candidates other than SC/ST/PWD is Rs. 1000, which includes intimation charges. For SC/ST/PWD candidates, the application fee is waived, but they must pay intimation charges of Rs. 200.
Please note that the application fee is non-refundable and must be paid online through the provided payment gateway using a debit card, credit card, or internet banking. No other mode of payment will be accepted. Candidates are advised to keep a copy of the e-receipt for future reference.

1. Manager

Education Qualification
To be eligible for this position, candidates must have a BCA/BSc in IT/BTech/BE in Information Technology (IT)/Electronics & Communications/Software Engineering/Electronics & Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science/Digital Banking from any university recognized by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies. In addition, candidates must have an MBA in Finance/Marketing/IT/Digital Banking from a university or institute recognized by the Government of India.
It is important to note that candidates must have obtained the degree from a recognized university or institute and that the degree must be equivalent to the degrees mentioned above. Additionally, candidates who are currently in their final year of study may also apply, but they must provide proof of their eligibility before joining the organization.
For the Data Analytics function, candidates must have a graduate degree in any stream with an MSc in Statistics/Data Science from a university recognized by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies.
For all other functional areas, candidates must have a BTech/BE in Information Technology (IT)/Electronics & Communications/Software Engineering/Electronics/Electronics and Electrical/Computer Science from a university recognized by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies. Alternatively, candidates must have a graduate degree in any stream with an MCA/MTech/ME in Information Technology (IT)/Electronics & Communications/Software Engineering/Electronics/Electronics and Electrical/Computer Science/MSc (IT) from a university recognized by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies.
Candidates with a DOEACC B level certification are also eligible. Additionally, it is desirable for candidates to hold Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification, certification in Data Analytics/SAS/Python/Project Management/IT Domain – Digital Banking and/or channels.
It is important to note that candidates must have obtained the degree from a recognized university or institute and that the degree must be equivalent to the degrees mentioned above. (i) The first pathway requires candidates to hold a BCA/BSc in IT/BTech/BE in Information Technology (IT)/Electronics & Communications/Software Engineering/Electronics & Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science/Digital Banking from a university recognized by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies. In addition, candidates must have an MSc in IT/MCA/MTech/ME in Information Technology (IT)/Electronics & Communications/Electronics & Electrical/Electronics/Software Engineering/Digital Banking/Computer Science from a university recognized by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies.
OR
