Education Qualification
1. Master Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale by a recognized University.
2. Ph.D Degree.
3. Associate professor/professor with 15 years experience of Teaching/ Research in Universities/Colleges/other Higher Education Institutions.
4. A minimum score as stipulated in the API based on the performance-based appraisal in Appendix III for direct the requirement of professors in colleges.
5. A minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC listed journals.
6. A minimum of 110 research score as per Appendix II at Table-2.
7. 5% Relaxation in marks at Graduate and Master Degree levels as admissible to SC/ST/ Differently able candidates.
8. 5% Relaxation is admissible to Ph.D holders having obtained Master Degree prior to September 19, 1991
9. Upper age limit is 55 years on the date of application as per prescribed rules.
10. Term of Principal shall be 5 years as per Govt. guideline.
