Assistant Teacher (LP) Qualification

The necessary qualifications for this position include the following options:

1. Completion of Senior Secondary education (or equivalent) with a minimum of 50% marks, coupled with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
2. Satisfaction of the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations 2002, which requires a minimum of 45% marks in Senior Secondary education (or equivalent) and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
3. Possession of a 4-Year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) degree and a minimum of 50% marks in Senior Secondary education (or equivalent).
4. Holding a 2-Year Diploma in Education (Special Education) and a minimum of 50% marks in Senior Secondary education (or equivalent).

In addition to these qualifications, it is also required that the candidate has passed the Assam TET for LPS, administered by the Elementary Education Department, Assam.

Assistant Teacher (UP) Qualification
