BSF Air Wing Recruitment 2021 in Details

1. Assistant Aircraft Mechanic (Assistant Sub Inspector)

Number of Vacancies: 49

• Rotary Wing: 22 [ Mechanical (Airframe & Engine) Trade: 9, Avionics (Elect, Instrument, Radio/Radar) Trade: 13]
• Fixed Wing: 10 [ Mechanical Trade: 6, Avionics (Elect, Instrument, Radio/Radar) Trade: 4]
• ALH/Dhruv: 17 [ Mechanical Trade: 17]

Education Qualification

• Three years Diploma in the relevant trade recognized by the Directorate General Civil Aviation; or
• Group “X” Diploma issued by the Indian Air Force;
• Preferably two years relevant aviation experience after completion of Diploma course.

Salary

• Level–5 (Rs. 29200 –Rs. 92,300/–) as per 7th CPC

Age Limit

• 28 Years

2. Assistant Radio Mechanic (Assistant Sub Inspector)

Number of Vacancies: 08

• Rotary Wing: 3 [ Avionics (Radio/Radar) Trade: 3]
• Fixed Wing: 1 [ Avionics (Radio) Trade: 1]
• ALH/Dhruv: 4 [ Avionics Trade: 4]

Education Qualification

• Three years Diploma recognized by the Directorate General Civil Aviation in Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering;or
• Group “X” Radio Diploma issued by the Indian Air Force.
• Preferably two years experience in maintenance or overhauling of communication or Navigation equipment fitted in Aircraft or Helicopter held by Border Security Force.

Salary

• Level–5 (Rs. 29200 –Rs. 92,300/–) as per 7th CPC

Age Limit

• 28 Years

3. Constable (Storeman)

Number of Vacancies: 08

Education Qualification

• Matriculation pass with Science; or equivalent from a recognized Board.
• Must have two years working experience in store or ware housing of any Government or Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Organization or any company or private firm or Institution.
• Working knowledge in computer or having prior aviation experience is preferable.

Salary

• Level–3 (Rs.21,700 –69,100/–) as per 7th CPC.

Age Limit

• Between 20 to 25 years on the closing date of receipt of online applications.
