APSC Assam Recruitment 2020
The Assam Public Service Commission invites applications from the Constitution of India for the posts mentioned in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India under Assam. As a pay scale, the government will take the following and general allowances as permissible as per government norms Assam.
Post Name – Research Assistant
Total Posts: – 2 (Two)
Rs. 22,000 / – to Rs. 97,000 / – with grade pay of Rs. 9,400 / – and other allowances are allowed as per Government regulations. Assam.
(i) The candidate should be a permanent resident of Assam.
(i) The candidate should be a graduate in any field from the Government Accredited University.
(ii) Candidate should have basic knowledge in Computer Word and MS Excel. (Attach a self-certified valid support document.)
Candidate should have 3 (three) years experience as a Junior Assistant in any office under Government. Assam.
Candidates should not be less than 21 years and 01-01-2020 should not be less than 38 years. The upper age limit has been relaxed
(i) For SC / ST candidates, up to 5 years, up to 43 years.
(ii) 3 years for OBC / MOBC candidates, i.e. 41 years as per Government. Notification no. Abp. Dispur on 25 April 2018 6 April / 9.
(iii) Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes / Other Backward Classes up to 10 years as per General Category of Disabled (PWD) and Government Candidates. Notification No. ABP 144/95/121 dated 28 October 2015. The age limit of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of the Matriculation / HSLC Admit Card / Certificate issued by the Accredited Board / Council and no other documents other than the specified documents will be accepted.
For PWD category candidates
To qualify for examination under the PWD category, the applicant must have a benchmark disability and support the PWD certificate issued by the competent authority along with the application form.
N.B: As posts are not allotted to PWD candidates, they will have to compete with other candidates without PWD reservations.
How to Apply
A. Candidates should look carefully at the terms and conditions of the advertisement, especially (i) educational qualification (ii) age limit and (iii) experience where experience is required.
B. Only candidates who have fulfilled all the terms and conditions of the advertisement in respect of the post for which they have applied. Others do not need to apply.
C. Candidates will be screened/written tests such as PAN Card, Driving License, Passport, Educational Certificate, Current ID Card, Voter ID Card, Aadhaar Card (where applicable), and Viva Voice / Interview. Must do.
D. Candidates should visit the Commission website www.apsc.nic.in regularly. If the Commission decides to conduct a written test/screening test, the course will only be uploaded on the APSC website.
E. The name of the post applied for should be clearly written in “Bold Letters” along with the application form and sent to the Deputy Secretary, APSC, Jawahar Nagar, Khanapara, Guwahati-781022.
F. The application form can be downloaded from the APSC website www.apsc.nic.in. Application Form DR (Facelift).
g. The last date for receipt of the completed application form at the Commission office is 08-09-2020 during office hours.
H. Applications received after the due date for receipt (including applications received by post) will not be entertained.
i. In the application form prescribed by the Commission, only the applications signed by the candidates and containing all the details will be considered for the candidates who have fulfilled all the conditions of the advertisement for the screening / written test / related posts. Viva-Voice interview, where required and as determined by the Commission.
J. (i) All candidates, whether in the public service or in government-owned enterprises or other similar entities/corporations/boards / or in private employment, may express their regulatory authority without being controlled by them. However, the fact approved by the regulatory authority may be reported to the Candidate Commission as appropriate.
In cases where advertisements need to be transferred through the appropriate channels as per the advertising conditions or subsequent advertisements, applications should be received before the last date of submission.
(ii) The Commission shall not be liable in any way if the candidate is not allowed to appear for the examination or if the appointment is not issued by the concerned authority.
K. It is clear that the documents attached to the application for the relevant section of the application form candidates.
1. For General / EWS Candidate: Rs. 250 / – (Rupees two hundred and fifty only).
2. For SC / ST / OBC / MOBC: Rs. 150 / – (One hundred and fifty rupees).
3. For BPL Candidate: Zero (Candidate holding BPL Certificate should make a photocopy of the certificate along with the application form).
4. According to the government. Notification no. ABP 144/95/121 24 October 2015 Application fee for disabled (PWD) candidates for all posts under the purview of the State Government. Donated to Assam. PWD candidates should enclose a photocopy of the required certificate from the competent authority along with the application. The fee should be deposited in the “NON TAX REVENUE, OTHER NON TAX REVENUE 0051 PSC, 105 STATE PSC APPLICATION FEE RECEIPT” account through Treasury Challan. An original copy of the Treasury Challan should be submitted along with the application form.
