Educational Qualification
- Students who have secured Star Marks or 75% or more in HSLC, Higher Madrassa and FM Examinations conducted by SEBA and State Madrassa Education Board, Assam are eligible to submit application for this scheme.
Year of passing
- Students must have passed his/her qualifying examination with the mentioned percentage in 2022.

- Students who passed their qualifying examination from SEBA and State Madrassa Education Board, Assam are only eligible to submit application for this scheme
